Est. in 1999, Mr. Chand, affectionately known as Mr. Chanthai, embarked on a remarkable journey to establish his own business “Chanthai Ltd”. With a passion for Oud Oil and Agarwood, he started his venture with humble beginnings but with a vision to become a leading producer and supplier of these exquisite products to the world. Today, “Chanthai’s” family business is in the capable hands of his son, Mr. Nabil C. Building on his father’s legacy, Mr. Nabil continues to uphold the family’s traditions and values. He along with his in-house experts meticulously handpick agarwood varieties from across Asia, predominantly Thailand, Cambodia, India, Burma, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, and Philippines to ensure Chanthai’s products contain only the highest quality perfumed material. Under Mr. Nabil’s guidance, the business has expanded its operations and reach. The first flagship store, named after Mr. Nabil’s daughter, Layla, inaugurated in 2022 at Muscat.
